Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. You may not use thrillzin if your account was previously removed for serious or repeated violations unless we authorize it.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. You may not sell, transfer, rent, or impersonate another person through an account.

3. Plans and real-world interactions

You decide whether to create, join, attend, or interact with any plan or person. Use reasonable judgment, verify important details, meet in appropriate places, tell someone you trust where you are going, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.

Creators are responsible for presenting plans honestly and updating participants when material details change. Participants are responsible for communicating clearly and respecting the creator, other participants, venues, and applicable rules.

4. Events, venues, and third parties

thrillzin may display user-submitted or third-party event and place information. Listings may be incomplete, inaccurate, canceled, or changed without notice. thrillzin is not the organizer, seller, venue, transportation provider, or ticketing service unless expressly stated. Verify important details with the official source.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant thrillzin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical purposes, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service according to your settings. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, and safety retention.

You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content and that it does not violate law, these Terms, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or another person’s rights.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use thrillzin to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or harm another person.
• Post hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, illegal, or dangerously misleading content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent plans, events, or identity.
• Spam, scrape, automate access, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Collect personal information without authorization or use the service for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• Circumvent moderation, access controls, blocks, suspensions, or technical protections.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may review content, investigate reports, limit distribution, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, comply with law, or protect thrillzin. We are not obligated to monitor every interaction and cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected.

8. thrillzin property

The service, software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by thrillzin or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you a right to use our trademarks or copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise that every feature, plan, event, message, or item of content will remain available.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, thrillzin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that the service, content, recommendations, users, plans, events, or places will be accurate, safe, available, or suitable for you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, thrillzin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from the service or real-world interactions. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using thrillzin or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update its effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice. Continuing to use thrillzin after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
