Delete your account

Request deletion in the app

1. Open thrillzin and sign in.
2. Open your profile and choose Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm the request.

What happens next

Your account enters a 30-day deletion window. Your profile is restricted during this process. Signing back in during the window may cancel deletion. After the window, account data is deleted or anonymized according to our retention, safety, and legal obligations.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@thrillzin.com from an email associated with your account. Include your handle and state that you are requesting account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Deleting individual content

You can delete supported plans, posts, media, messages, and profile details without deleting your entire account. Availability depends on the content type and your role in it.
