Delete your account

Request deletion in the app

1. Open thrillzin and sign in.
2. Open your profile and choose Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm the request.

What happens next

Access ends immediately and your account enters a 30-day restoration window. Your profile, posts, and owned Sparks are hidden; your active and upcoming activities are canceled; and your active participation in other plans ends. Direct messages and completed conversation history remain retained, while affected active plan conversations become read-only history.

To restore during the window, sign in with an existing sign-in method and explicitly choose Restore account. Retained profile content, connections, posts, completed history, and existing conversations can return. Canceled activities, participation, invitations, old sessions, and push-device registrations do not return.

After the deadline, restoration is no longer available. Profile data, Sparks, posts, authentication methods, settings, relationships, and uploaded media are deleted or anonymized.

Messages already delivered to other people may remain in conversation history under a neutral Deleted account label, without a profile link. Restricted reports, moderation evidence, and records required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance may be retained with limited access.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@thrillzin.com from an email associated with your account. Include your handle and state that you are requesting account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Deleting individual content

You can delete supported plans, posts, media, messages, and profile details without deleting your entire account. Availability depends on the content type and your role in it.
